Ah, welcome to our cozy corner of the ‘hood, where we’re like your friendly neighborhood superheroes – but instead of capes, we wear “Available To Help” badges! We’re just a stone’s throw away (though please don’t actually throw stones, the neighbors get jumpy 😉).
Our hosting style is like a well-choreographed dance where you’re the lead and we’re your enthusiastic backup dancers – ready to jump in with jazz hands when needed, but totally cool hanging in the wings while you do your solo! We’re masters of the art of “being there without being there” – like your favorite comfy sweater, always ready when you need us, but perfectly content staying in the closet when you don’t. Easy Check-In Process 🏡
It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
