Arlington Park is a vibrant Sarasota neighborhood that perfectly blends recreational amenities with proximity to the city’s cultural and natural attractions. At its heart is the Arlington Park & Aquatic Complex, a 14-acre public park offering a variety of facilities for all ages. Visitors can enjoy a 50-meter lap pool, a 25-yard instructional pool, outdoor basketball and tennis courts, a playground, an outdoor fitness gym, a half-mile walking trail, and a dog park.
Beyond the park, Arlington Park’s prime location means you’re just minutes away from Sarasota’s best beaches, shopping areas, and dining spots. The neighborhood is also zoned for some of the city’s top-rated schools, making it a great spot for families.

To Downtown Sarasota:
1. Walk to the nearest bus stop:
– From Sarasota Memorial Hospital, walk to the S Tamiami Trl @ Arlington St bus stop.
2. Board the bus:
– Take Breeze Route 17 heading north towards downtown Sarasota.
3. Arrive in downtown:
– The ride will take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. You’ll be dropped off in the heart of downtown Sarasota, where you can explore shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.

To Siesta Key Beach:
1. Walk to the nearest bus stop:
– From Sarasota Memorial Hospital, head to the S Tamiami Trl @ Arlington St bus stop again.
2. Board the bus:
– Take Breeze Route 17 heading south towards Siesta Key.
3. Transfer to the Siesta Key Beach route:
– At the Southgate Mall bus stop, transfer to the Siesta Islander Route 77 bus. This bus will take you to Siesta Key, where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches.
4. Arrive at Siesta Key Beach:
– The ride from the Southgate Mall to the beach takes around 15 minutes, and you’ll be dropped off near one of the main beach access points.
Easy Check-In Process 🏡
It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! 1. Locals must communicate with the host before booking. Locals can not use instant-book.
2. No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation.
3. Occupancy limit. There can not be more than 12 people in or on the property at any one point in time. Any people above this limit will be automatically vacated for trespassing.
4. This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you are being provided by August Smart locks or the check-in guide. The Smart lock guide will be sent to you by email from August Smart Locks. The house manual will be sent to you through the 3rd party messaging system. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host before reading your house manual.
5. You know and agree to the following fees: a)Smoking Fee: There is a $200 per day smoking fee for each day you are in the property smoking, per side.
b) Late check out: if the late checkout is unauthorized there will be $100 fee after the first 30 min. If the late checkout is over 2 hours we will charge for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day. It is just the penalty for remaining in the property for an excessive time. If a late checkout is needed a 24 hour notice will be needed and require approval to avoid any late check out fees.
c) Refund or discount fees: if any failure to follow house rules leads to refund or discount the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.
d) We are not pet friendly. If a pet is brought on premises there will be an automatic, non refundable, fee of $50 per pet as well as a non refundable fee of $50 for extra cleaning needs, per each side of the property.
6. A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
7. You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by the 3rd party or the host in the event that a violation of the host’s rules occurs.
8. Only the person that is booked is allowed to check in. If someone is not added to the reservation they are not allowed to check in.
9. The guest must have a valid working phone number. If we attempt to contact the guest and they don’t have a working phone number we will cancel the reservation without refund.
10. All guests must be declared on the reservation. We require the full name and contact information for any person staying. Any undeclared guest will be charged $40 per night and could still lead to removal of the reservation if any of the guests are deemed an unsuitable guest by the host.
11. If you have a complaint about an aspect of the property whether cleanliness, amenities or otherwise upon addressing this complaint to the 3rd party or us you are authorizing us to come into the property to solve the problem. We do not require permission to access the property to remedy anything that you deem unsuitable.
12. You will treat and leave the property with respect. This includes replacing any moved items or furniture to it’s original location.
13. Quiet hours are between 11PM and 7AM so as to not disturb neighbors.
14. Parking is provided in the parking lot for 2 cars.
15. Please be aware, this property uses smart devices including entry lock, televisions, and thermostats. We do not guarantee local channels, nor do we have basic cable. Please bring your favorite Roku app for sign in.
16. There is an additional fee for stays 14+ days, of $50, per side. You will be charged this extra fee separately.
