To Downtown Sarasota:
1. Walk to the Nearest Bus Stop:
– Head to the Clark Rd @ Nutmeg Ave bus stop, which is a short walk away.
2. Board Bus Route 25:
– At the Clark Rd @ Nutmeg Ave stop, board Bus Route 25.
– This route operates Monday through Saturday, with the first departure at 5:30 AM.
3. Arrive at Downtown Sarasota:
– Bus Route 25 will take you directly to downtown Sarasota, with the journey duration varying based on traffic conditions.
To Siesta Key Beach:
1. Walk to the Nearest Bus Stop:
– Walk to the Clark Rd @ Nutmeg Ave bus stop.
2. Board Bus Route 17:
– At the Clark Rd @ Nutmeg Ave stop, board Bus Route 17.
– This route operates on Sundays, with a single departure at 7:57 AM.
3. Transfer to Bus Route 77:
– After boarding Bus Route 17, alight at the Southgate Mall Street Side stop.
– From there, transfer to Bus Route 77 (Siesta Islander).
– The Siesta Islander operates daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
4. Arrive at Siesta Key Beach:
– Bus Route 77 will take you to various stops on Siesta Key, including those near Siesta Key Beach.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! b) Late check out: if the late checkout is unauthorized there will be $100 fee after the first 30 min. If the late checkout is over 2 hours we will charge for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day. It is just the penalty for remaining in the property for an excessive time. If a late checkout is needed a 24 hour notice will be needed and require approval to avoid any late check out fees.
c) Refund or discount fees: if any failure to follow house rules leads to refund or discount the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.

6. A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
7. You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by the 3rd party or the host in the event that a violation of the host’s rules occurs.
8. Only the person that is booked is allowed to check in. If someone is not added to the reservation they are not allowed to check in.
9. The guest must have a valid working phone number. If we attempt to contact the guest and they don’t have a working phone number we will cancel the reservation without refund.
10. All guests must be declared on the reservation. We require the full name and contact information for any person staying. Any undeclared guest will be charged $40 per night and could still lead to removal of the reservation if any of the guests are deemed an unsuitable guest by the host.
11. If you have a complaint about an aspect of the property whether cleanliness, amenities or otherwise upon addressing this complaint to the 3rd party or us you are authorizing us to come into the property to solve the problem. We do not require permission to access the property to remedy anything that you deem unsuitable.
12. You will treat and leave the property with respect. This includes replacing any moved items or furniture to it’s original location.
13. Quiet hours are between 11PM and 7AM so as to not disturb neighbors.
14. Parking is provided in the parking lot for 3 cars.
